Thank you for shopping at Lainefa. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused, unworn and in its original condition.
- The item is in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.
- You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Items that have been used, damaged or altered after delivery.
- Gift cards and digital products.
- Personal care, intimate or hygiene-related items.
- Sale or clearance items (unless they arrive defective).
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
How to Request a Return

- Our team will review your request and reply within 1–2 business days.
- Once approved, we will share the return instructions with you.
- Pack the item securely and send it back as instructed.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was damaged, defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color or product, please contact us within the return period. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order is dispatched, it can only be returned under this policy.
